COMMERCIAL VENDORS

With over 30,000 in attendance, Fair Week offers a great opportunity for businesses and organizations to reach out to consumers. Traditionally our booth space fills up quickly. Due to high demand and space limitations, the Roseau County Fair extends loyalty to those exhibitors who have been to our fair before. Indoor and outdoor booth space is first offered to returning exhibitors, then is opened to new exhibitors on a first come, first serve basis. Booth exhibitors must abide by the following:

  • Indoor booths will open to the public from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday; All booths must be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday of Fair Week.
  • Vendor must provide Certificate of insurance for one million dollars naming the Roseau County Fair Board as additional insured or vendor must pay an additional fee for Fair Board Insurance.
  • Vendors must abide by the rules of electrical and food safety as well as the rules of operation set forth by the Roseau County Fair Board.

Letters and contracts are sent annually in the spring to returning vendors. To inquire about non-food vendor booth space availability, please contact Buddy Erickson at 218-463-1009. ([email protected]). Food vendors should refer to food page.
