4-H Food Stand and Dairy Bar Hours:
Monday:
Food stand hours: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (special lunch & dinner menu)
Dairy Bar hours: 11 a.m. -7:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday:
Food Stand hours: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. (grill closes at 8:00 pm)
Dairy Bar hours: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m
Friday:
Food Stand hours: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. (grill closes at 8:00 pm)
Dairy Bar hours: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

MONDAY, JULY 22
4-H Horse Show
8:00 a.m. Horse Exhibitor meeting at outdoor arena bleachers (Horse ID check, get show order, numbers, ect.)
9:00 a.m. Pleasure Classes, Cloverbud classes, Game Classes, Drill Team performance
4-H General Project Judging (project entry day, closed to public) – 10:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. at 4-H Exhibit Building
4-H Livestock may begin arriving at Fairgrounds

TUESDAY, JULY 23
4-H Livestock Exhibit Entry/Arrival – All 4-H Animals must be in place by 12:00 p.m. (noon)
4-H Poultry ID check & Judging – 8:00 a.m. Exhibitor meeting, banding, and ring set up at the show arena , 9:00 a.m. Judging
4-H Rabbit ID check & Judging – 11:30 p.m. Exhibitor meeting and animal ID checks at rabbit barn, 1:00 p.m. Judging
4-H Beef ID check, Weigh-in-8:00 a.m.-12 p.m.
4-H Dairy ID check – 12 p.m.
4-H Meat & Dairy Goat ID check & Weigh-in – 1:00 p.m.
4-H Sheep ID check & Weigh-in – 1:00 p.m.
4-H Swine ID check & Weigh-in -3:00 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 24
4-H Swine Show – 8:00 a.m. Exhibitor meeting at show arena, 8:30 a.m. Judging
4-H Sheep Show – 8:00 a.m. Exhibitor meeting at show arena, 10:00 a.m. Judging
4-H Goat (Meat & Market) Show – 8:00 a.m.Exhibitor meeting at show arena, 11:30 a.m. Judging
4-H Beef Show – 8:00 a.m. Exhibitor meeting at show arena, 1:00 p.m. Judging
4-H Exploration Center open to public (FREE) – ”UMC CREST TEAM” (STEM ACTIVITIES) in the 4-H Exhibit Building, 10a.m.-5:00 p.m.

THURSDAY, JULY 25
4-H Livestock Demonstrations – 9:00 a.m. at show arena
4-H Dairy Show (Dairy Goat followed by Dairy Cow) – 10:00 a.m. Exhibitor meeting at show arena, 10:30 a.m. Judging
4-H Exploration Center open to public (FREE) – ”UMC CREST TEAM” (STEM ACTIVITIES) in the 4-H Exhibit Building, 10 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
4-H Fair Passport to Fun Day – 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

FRIDAY, JULY 26
4-H Seniors and Last Year Members Recognition – 12:30 p.m. – will be recognized prior to the 4-H Blue Ribbon Market
Livestock Auction in the barn show ring.
4-H Blue Ribbon Market Livestock Auction Buyer appreciation meal – 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. @ 4-H Food Stand
4-H Blue Ribbon Market Livestock Auction Sale – 1:00 p.m.
4-H Performing Arts on mini stage – 3:00-4:00 p.m.
4-H Animals Release – 8:00 p.m.
4-H General Project Exhibit Release – 8:00 p.m.
*Members must pick up their Projects & State Fair registration packet(s) – 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at the 4-H Exhibit Building Desk.
