ROSEAU COUNTY FAIR WEEK • 4-H SCHEDULE

Sunday, July 21st
6:00-9:00 p.m. 4-H Dairy Bar open
7:00 p.m. Church Night at Fair- – coffee & pie to follow church in 4-H building provided by 4-H State to State Exchange. Free Will Offering to support the group. They are hosting 4-H youth from Texas, June 25-July 2.

Monday, July 22nd
Livestock Check in all day and go directly to stalls.
11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. 4-H Food Stand open  (State to State Exchange fundraiser)
11 a.m. -6:00 p.m. 4-H Dairy Bar open
9:00 a.m. 4-H Horse Pleasure Classes
2:00 p.m. 4-H Cloverbud Horse
3:00 p.m. 4-H Horse Grand Entry followed by Gaming until complete 

Tuesday, July 23rd
*All 4-H Animals must be in pens by 12 p.m. (Noon)
8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. – 4-H Beef Weigh in
7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. 4-H Food Stand Open
9:00 a.m. 4-H Poultry Judging
10:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. 4-H Project Building open
1:00 p.m. 4-H Rabbit Judging
2:30 p.m. 4-H Engineering Design Challenge (in the 4-H Exhibit Hall)
5:30 p.m. Roseau County Fair Parade

Wednesday, July 24th
7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. 4-H Food stand open
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Dairy Bar open
10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. 4-H Project Building open
8:30 a.m. 4-H Swine Show
10:30 a.m. 4-H Sheep Show
11:45 a.m. 4-H Meat & Market Goat Show
1:00 p.m. 4-H Beef Show

Thursday, July 25th
4-H Alumni DAY AT THE FAIR – Alumni come see us in the 4-H Exhibit Hall!
7:00 AM-9 PM 4-H Food stand open
8:30 AM 4-H Livestock Demonstrations (In Cattle Barn)
10:00 AM-11 PM 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. 4-H Project Building open
10:30 AM 4-H Dairy Show
11:45 AM 4-H Dairy Goat Show
3:00-5:00 PM Passport to 4-H Fun Day – (begin in 4-H Exhibit Hall) FREE FUN FOR ALL
3-5:00 PM 4-H Livestock Consumer Education Displays in Barns (4-H Youth will answer questions about livestock.)

Friday, July 20th
7:00 AM-9:00 PM 4-H Food stand open
10 AM-12 AM-MIDNIGHT – 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. 4-H Project Building open
12:00 PM 4-H Market Sale Luncheon (for Auction Buyers, 4-H Parade of Champions, Senior Recognition and 4-H Awards)
12:30 PM 4-H Herdsmanship Awards for horse & livestock, Senior & last year 4-H recognition
12:50 PM 4-H Auction Code of Conduct Read
1:00 PM 4-H Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction Begins
8:00 PM 4-H Animals Released & 4-H Exhibits Released- (Must be picked up by 11:00 p.m.)
8 PM – 11 PM 4-H State Fair Packet Pick up

Saturday, July 21st
7:00 AM-11:00 PM Post-Fair Clean-up
