Sunday, July 15th
6:00-9:00 PM 4-H Dairy Bar open
7:00 PM Church Night at Fair- – coffee & pie to follow church in 4-H building provided by 4-H State to State Exchange.  Free Will Offering to support the group.

Monday, July 16th
Livestock Check in all day and go directly to stalls.
NEW 2018: 9:00 a.m. – until complete – Livestock Interviews in 4-H Building
NEW 2018: 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -4-H General “STATIC” Exhibit Judging

11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. 4-H Food Stand open  (State to State Exchange fundraiser)
10:45 a.m. -6:00 p.m. 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:00 a.m. 4-H Horse Pleasure Classes
2:00 p.m. 4-H Cloverbud Horse
3:00 p.m.-until complete 4-H Horse Gaming
7:00-9:00 p.m. 4-H Beef Weigh-in

 

Tuesday, July 17th
*All 4-H Animals must be in pens by 12 p.m. (Noon)
8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. – 4-H Beef Weigh in
7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. 4-H Food Stand Open
9:45 a.m.-11:00 p.m. 4-H Dairy Bar open
9:00 a.m. 4-H Poultry Judging
1:00 p.m. 4-H Rabbit Judging
2:30 p.m. 4-H Engineering Design Challenge, formally known as Rube Goldberg judging (in the 4-H Exhibit Hall)
3:00- 4:00 p.m. 4-H Swine Weigh-in
5:00 p.m. (Parade-5:30) Fashion Revue Royalty Parade Float
7:00-8:00 p.m. 4-H Sheep Weigh-in

Wednesday, July 18th
7:00 a.m.  11:00 p.m.  4-H Food stand open
9:45 a.m. 11:00 p.m. Dairy Bar open
8:30 a.m. 4-H Swine Judging
10:30 a.m. 4-H Sheep Judging
11:45 a.m. 4-H Meat & Market Goat
1:00 p.m. 4-H Beef Judging
*4-H Auction participants MUST REGISTER for the auction at the 4-H Exhibit desk by Wednesday at 10 p.m. No late registrations accepted.

Thursday, July 19th
4-H DAY AT THE FAIR – Alumni come see us in the 4-H Exhibit Hall!
7:00 AM-11:00 PM 4-H Food stand open
8:30 AM 4-H Livestock Demonstrations (In Cattle Barn)
9:45 AM-11 PM 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:30 AM 4-H Dairy judging
11:45 AM 4-H Dairy Goat judging
3:00-5:00 PM Passport to 4-H Fun Day – (begin in 4-H Building) FREE FUN FOR ALL
4-6:00 PM 4-H Livestock Herdsmanship Consumer Education Displays in Barns (4-H Youth will answer questions about livestock.)

Friday, July 20th
7:00 AM-11:00 PM 4-H Food stand open
9:45 AM-12AM-MIDNIGHT – 4-H Dairy Bar open
10:30 AM Mandatory Auction Meeting for 4-H Youth involved- (Cattle Barn show ring)
12:00 PM 4-H Market Sale Luncheon (for Auction Buyers, 4-H Parade of Champions, Senior Recognition and 4-H Awards)
12:30 PM 4-H Herdsmanship Awards for horse & livestock, Senior & last year 4-H recognition
12:50 PM 4-H Auction Code of Conduct Read
1:00 PM 4-H Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction Begins
3:00 PM 4-H Performing Arts on Roseau County Fair Mini Stage
8:00 PM 4-H Animals Released & 4-H Exhibits Released- (Must be picked up by 11:00 p.m.)
8 PM – 11 PM 4-H State Fair Packet Pick up

Saturday, July 21st
7:00 AM-11:00 PM Post-Fair Clean-up
